Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

The NJ Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is a recipient of federal housing dollars through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and as such is responsible for "furthering fair housing" for eligible populations in NJ including persons with disabilities.  This required report, the 2015 Analysis of Impediments identifies obstacles to housing and lists measures taken to overcome them.  The report also provides an overview of the prevalence of disability and homelessness in NJ which should be of interest to all SHA members.
