Coordinated Family Care Seeks an Operations Manager

Coordinated Family Care (CFC) is a private non-profit Care Management Organization funded by the NJ Department of Children and Families. We provide guidance, options, and assistance to Middlesex County families that care for youth who present with moderate to very high levels of behavioral and/or emotional needs, and/or developmental disabilities. Care Management Organizations are an important part of a state-wide effort to improve New Jersey's coordination of care for youth and their families.

CFC's approach to helping families is grounded in a philosophy that begins with three key elements:

Choice - To provide the right services to families at the right time, CFC has developed relationships with many types of providers throughout the county.

Voice - CFC works with the family and whoever the family wants involved (aunts/uncles, neighbors, friends, clergy, etc.) to develop a plan of care.

Resources - CFC helps families access creative, non-traditional services. CFC will also help families apply for and obtain state benefits that will assist with longer term care that may be needed.

OPERATIONS MANAGER – Full-time, Exempt

Skills: License required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. At least five years' experience supervising and in a middle management role with oversight of social service staff in a non-profit family service organization. At least three years' experience working within the NJ Children's System of Care.

Job Description:  Supports and implements the day to day operations of the organization through the supervision of Care Management Supervisor staff. Ensures that Care Management teams are effective in the provision of services and adhering to all relevant regulatory standards. Assists the Chief Operating Officer in implementation and training of Care Management standards and staff to ensure organizational progress in achieving those goals and objectives within the strategic and annual plans as they relate to service provision, compliance with regulatory standards and employee relations. Effectively communicates that Operations staff are integrating the mission and values of the organization in their work with youth and families.

Outpatient Program Manager

The Center for Great Expectations is seeking a Program Manager for our Outpatient Program in New Brunswick, NJ.  The Outpatient Program provides intensive outpatient and traditional outpatient treatment services to individuals with substance use disorders, general mental health disorders and dual disorders.  Our clinicians provide trauma-informed substance abuse treatment that is client-centered and based on the principles of both trauma and addiction theory. The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight of programmatic functions, including census and business development, program development, and clinical supervision. Clinical responsibilities include assessment, counseling, and crisis interventions.

Qualifications:  LCSW, LPC, LCADC or licensed psychologist with significant experience in mental health/trauma informed approach in a substance use disorder treatment environment.  Experience in supervision, team leadership or management required.  Experience and expertise in providing trauma informed services preferred. Knowledge of the local community and community-based service agencies relevant to the Outpatient Services client population preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking a plus.

Degree/Requirements: MD, CDS, DEA + NJ Board Eligible + Three years of direct practice experience, at least one year in a community mental health setting. Managed care preferred.

Hours/Shift:  Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm with some evening hours required

Work with adult psychiatric population on an outpatient basis, providing psychiatric evaluations, and medication monitoring.  Works as part of a team with social workers and nurses.
